CrossFit

CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. This program is specifically designed to improve fitness and health. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.

CrossFit Kids

Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translate to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 6-12.

“Lady MixFit” will offer a CrossFit-infused environment for all the ladies who have been hesitant about trying CrossFit. “Lady MixFit” will provide high-intensity workouts with the use of dumbbells and kettlebells.
